About
Screen Recorder is a browser-first screen recorder for people who want to capture, review, and export video without turning the first step into a cloud upload.
Many recorders assume the file should be uploaded right away. That is a poor default when the screen contains internal tools, customer data, or unfinished work.
Screen Recorder starts with the browser because quick screen capture should not require a desktop install, workspace setup, or hosted library before the first useful clip exists.
This product is strongest for bug reports, walkthroughs, onboarding, internal process recordings, and short product demos.
It is not trying to replace a full production suite or a team video hub. Use it when the first job is to record, review locally, export cleanly, and decide what should happen next.
Open the app, record in the browser, review locally, and export when you are ready. Sharing should be a decision, not the starting point.
Browser support still matters. Desktop Chrome and Edge are the strongest path for screen capture, microphone input, optional webcam overlay, and supported tab audio.
