Tips for a good message

Describe what you tried and where the recording flow stopped.
Mention the browser, operating system, and whether you recorded a tab, window, or full screen.
Say whether microphone, webcam, or supported tab audio was enabled.
Explain what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
If export or playback failed, include the approximate recording length and file size when you know it.
Avoid sending recording titles, private screen content, customer data, or device labels.
For audio problems, say whether the missing sound was microphone audio, browser tab audio, or system audio.
For storage problems, mention whether the browser asked you to clear data or the recording disappeared after a refresh.
